Who He Is:
Originating from Thousand Oaks, California, The Acoustic Kid has carved a unique path in the music world. His journey began on the lively streets of Santa Barbara in 2013, where he sang and played music for anyone who would stop and listen. It was here that his connection to music deepened, and the spark to create his own sound was ignited.
In 2016, he began writing music, diving into the world of songwriting with raw passion and honesty. By 2021, after years of honing his craft, he officially adopted the name "The Acoustic Kid," a reflection of his love for intimate, heartfelt lyrics and compassionate instrumentation. The next year, he made his debut as an independent artist, releasing his own original music in 2022.
What sets The Acoustic Kid apart is his dedication to every aspect of his music. He writes, records, produces, and arranges all of his songs. With a deep commitment to his art, he plays every instrument on his tracks, creating a sound that’s entirely his own. From intimate acoustic ballads to emotionally charged tunes, his music reflects a unique blend of sincerity, creativity, and raw talent.
With each release, he continues to build on the foundation he established on the streets of Santa Barbara, and his music remains a true reflection of his journey and the connection he shares with his listeners.
A dynamic one man band of acoustic and electric guitars, live loops, and full band backing tracks, for he designs an exciting live experience across multiple genres of music. He preforms both originals and covers, playing not only the songs that influence his creative process, but also songs that you know and love. He has a wide range of inspirations, from Elvis, Tears for Fears and Green Day to Adele, Snow Patrol, Chris Stapleton and Ed Sheeran.
